Laptop Graphics Cards Nvidia
Can I upgrade my laptop’s Nvidia 8700M GT graphics card?
I have a Compaq Presario CQ50 110US laptop with the Nvidia 8700M GT graphics card. Since this laptop does have a discrete graphics card, not just an integrated chip, I hope it can be upgraded with a newer, more powerful Nvidia product? (I’m assuming I probably need to stick with the same brand.) Does anyone have advice or recommendations for an upgraded card? Thanks!
No, on lap tops the video/graphics card is a chip set made into the mother board.
