The Crow Graphic Novel

Best graphic novels….?

I am working on a research project dealing with violence and sex in graphic novels. Basically, I have to read the novels and categorize the violence/sex. What I’m looking for is a good sample of different graphic novels, including those that have some political message. What graphic novels do you recommend? So far, I have the Sin City series, Watchmen, A History of Violence, Maus, and The Crow. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

You would get better answers if you asked in the Books & Authors section, instead of the drawing section.

Baseball Hall of Famer Leroy “Satchel” Paige (1905? – 1982) changed the face of the game in a career that spanned five decades. Much has been written about this larger-than-life pitcher, but when it comes to Paige, fact does not easily separate from fiction. He made a point of writing his own history…and then re-writing it. A tall, lanky fireballer, he was arguably the Negro League’…
